Gesha - Las Mercedes

Finca Las Mercedes is Juan Carlos Guerra's family farm in Antioquia, Colombia. Grown at an elevation of 1900 meters the unique climate present at high elevations help the coffee develop the signature quality Colombia is known for. The Gesha varietal is famous for producing highly sweet, floral, and delicate coffees and this Gesha from Finca Las Mercedes is no exception! In the cup we get a very nice muscadine grape like acidity and sweetness, aromatic notes of maple, and a perfect chocolate lingering finish. This Gesha really demonstrates the immense potential of Colombian coffee and we highly recommend it on pour over or as espresso!
