We offer shipping anywhere in the US. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We ship all of our items via USPS from Nashville, TN. Coffee and soap wholesale orders are shipped each Thursday (with exceptions for holidays and extreme weather). USPS typically takes 2-3 business days, but may take up to 10. If you do not receive your order within the anticipated time frame, please email us at info@humphreysstreet.com.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can manage through USPS.

Eligible items must be unused and in saleable condition, which includes undamaged packaging and a saleable coffee roasting date. If you want to return an item, please email us at info@humphreysstreet.com within 30 days of receiving your item to determine if your product is eligible for return.

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Unsolicited product returns will not be refunded. All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment. Original and return shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded. We recommend purchasing insurance on the return shipment and getting the tracking information. Please all us 10 business days to process returns.

You can cancel your order up to 1 hour after your order has been placed. In order to ensure the coffee you receive is fresh, we start roasting your coffee shortly after the order has been placed. Our strict cancellation policy is in an effort to make sure you receive the highest quality, freshest beans!
