Since 2019, Mayorga Organics has donated green coffee beans from Latin America for Humphreys Street students to roast. This donation not only allows us to pour more of our profits into the South Nashville community, it also ensures that the coffee we serve promotes community development every step of the way from farm to cup.

Creating a direct supply chain
All Mayorga coffee is sourced from farmers, eliminating unnecessary parts of the supply chain in order to put more profit in the hands of workers.
Sustainable operations
Since 1997, Mayorga has been partnering with farmers rather than trading with them. Mayorga communicates with their coffee producers almost daily, visits them regularly, and partners with them to improve their business operations.

Organic farming is better for the environment, protects the health of farmers, and puts cleaner foods in the hands of consumers.
