The group is committed to securing economic freedom and security for smallholder farmers by building resilient, transparent supply chains. The group works directly with farms to buy, mill, process, and market coffee, while invested in the producing community through agribusiness training programs. Since 2013, these programs have resulted in an 86% increase in farm revenue for RTC’s producing partners
