Finca Santa María

Finca Santa Maria is a woman owned, woman operated farm that provides year-round employment for 22 single moms and underemployed women in the Arotoca region. In peak season, they are able to employ 40 women. Committed to paying a fair wage that is equal to or more than their male counterparts, this farm provides a reliable source of income, empowerment, and a sense of community for women employed there.
