Jairo Arcila – Santa Monica, co-fermented with peaches at Jairo Arcila’s family farm in Colombia.
It’s citrusy, syrupy, and honestly, one of our favorite coffees we’ve released. Come give it a try in the shop! ☕
Not in Nashville? Save this brew guide and try it at home—then let us know what you taste. link in bio to purchase.

Brew Guide (Ricardo’s Method):
• 20g coffee to 300g water
• Water temp: 200°F
• Bloom: 100g water for 1 min
• At 1:00, pour another 100g, let draw down
• At 2:00, pour the final 100g
• Finish with a center pour for the last 50g
• Total brew time: ~3 min
• Use a fine grind and minimal agitation
